Prices - Academic year 2007/8

• Deposit £300.00 (Refundable)
• Admin Fee £40.00
• Key Deposit £20.00 (Refundable)
• Large Room £79.65 per week
• Medium Room / Annex £72.10 per week
• Small Room £68.65 per week
• Washing Machines £2 per wash (cold water wash, £3 for a hot water wash)
• Tumble Driers 50p per 30 minute cycle (2-3 cycles needed to fully dry clothes)

Each person pays for their own eletricity via individual eletricity meters in the rooms. Electricity is pre paid via £5 cards available from the office and currently costs 10 pence per unit (KW/h). There is a £50 charge if the meter has been tampered with or the seals are broken, even if it was the previous tenant

These prices are for the academic year 2007/8. All rooms are single occupancy and are rented on a 41 week fixed term contract.
